General Provisions

tk10bet (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online gaming and sports betting service provider. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between tk10bet and the user.

By accessing the platform, registering, or beginning to use any service, you are considered to have agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the service.

These terms have been drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh, and in the event of any dispute, the Bengali version of these terms shall be considered final.

1.1 Scope of Application

These terms apply to all services on the platform, including sports betting, casino games, slots, live casino, and other interactive gaming services. These terms also apply to all associated services of tk10bet, mobile applications, and services provided through any digital channel.

1.2 Language and Interpretation

These terms are drawn up in Bengali. If any ambiguity arises in the interpretation of a provision, the platform's decision shall be considered final — however, it will be applied reasonably and with consideration for the member's interests.

Membership and Age Requirements

To register on tk10bet, an applicant must meet the following eligibility criteria. If any one of these conditions is not met, the registration will not be accepted.

2.1 Age Limit

All gaming and betting services on the platform are open only to persons aged 21 or above. The applicant's age will be verified from the date of birth provided at the time of registration. If a member provides a false age, their account will be closed immediately and the platform reserves the right to withhold any deposited funds.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Only one account may be opened per person, household, IP address, or device. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and any related bonuses will be cancelled.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

After registration or before a withdrawal request, the platform may ask for identity verification documents. The member must confirm their identity by submitting a copy of their national ID or passport and verifying their mobile number. If verification is not completed, the withdrawal process may be put on hold.

2.4 Accuracy of Account Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. If there is any change in name, address, mobile number, or any other information, the member must inform customer support immediately. Providing false information will be treated as a serious violation.

Account Security

Each member is fully responsible for keeping their account login details confidential. The username and password must not be shared with any third party.

• Any unauthorised use of the account must be reported to the support team by the member immediately.
• It is in the member's interest to change their password regularly and to avoid easily guessable passwords.
• After logging in from a public or shared device, you must log out.
• The platform will not be liable for any activity not performed by the member themselves, unless it is proven that the security breach was caused by the platform.

If suspicious activity is detected, the platform will temporarily suspend the account for security reasons and contact the member.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All transaction terms on tk10bet are detailed below. Members are requested to read this section carefully before initiating a transaction.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on the platform is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name — use of third-party accounts is not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Members are encouraged to withdraw using the same payment method they used to deposit.

4.3 Transaction Restrictions

Withdrawals from a bonus balance cannot be made until the applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met. The platform reserves the right to put the withdrawal process on hold if there are suspicious transactions or if KYC verification is incomplete.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

Bonus offers on tk10bet are provided under specific conditions. In the event of any dispute regarding bonuses, the platform's decision shall be final.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: on a ৳1,000 deposit, a ৳1,200 bonus will be received, giving a total balance of ৳2,200, and before withdrawal, ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered.

5.2 Weekly and Special Promotions

Several regular promotions are also available on the platform: weekly tk10 deposit gift (30%, up to ৳5,000, wagering 18x); Monday slot charge (40%, up to ৳6,000, wagering 25x); tk10 cricket festival bonus (50%, up to ৳8,000, wagering 20x); birthday tk10 reward (up to ৳1,500, wagering 10x); and refer a friend tk10 bonus (up to ৳2,000, wagering 12x).

5.3 General Bonus Usage Terms

• A bonus can never be withdrawn directly as cash — only winnings after the wagering requirements have been met may be withdrawn.
• A new bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is active.
• If unusual betting patterns are detected for the purpose of earning a bonus (such as betting only on draws or safe bets), the bonus may be cancelled.
• Once a promotion expires, the related bonus balance will be cancelled.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when using the betting and gaming services of tk10bet.

6.1 Finality of Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is not accepted due to a technical error, it will be considered void and the bet amount will be returned.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game or event will be displayed on the platform. Members are advised to check the specific limits before placing a bet.

6.3 Result Determination

For sports betting, the official results of the relevant sports body (such as BPL, ICC) will apply. For casino games, the results of the Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer will be considered final.

6.4 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a server outage, network problem, or any other technical reason, the platform will decide, based on the circumstances, whether to return the bet amount or restart the game.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited. If any one of them is proven, the account will be cancelled immediately.

• Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Placing bets on another account of one's own or on accounts of known persons with the intent to exploit bonus benefits improperly.
• Using any bot, script, or automated method in the platform's software.
• Match fixing or participating in any unethical betting arrangement.
• Money laundering or conducting transactions through illegal funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or insulting other members or staff.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs improperly.

9.1 Member Protection

The platform allows members to set their own limits, including daily/weekly deposit limits and the option to take a temporary break. Members can set these limits themselves through customer support.

9.2 Protection of Minors

No one under the age of 21 may use this platform. If a member knows that a minor known to them is using the platform, they are requested to inform support immediately.

Account Closure and Suspension

The platform may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of any clause of these terms.
• If the member does not cooperate with the KYC verification process.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• In the case of accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (the definition of inactivity will be determined by the platform).

10.1 Closure at Member's Own Request

A member may also request account closure through customer support if they wish. Any ongoing bets will be settled before the request is processed, and the balance will be returned via the specified payment method.

10.2 Balance on Permanent Closure

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, the platform will assess the circumstances and decide whether or not to return the balance. In cases of bonus-related irregularities, the related bonus balance will always be cancelled.

Limits of Liability

tk10bet always strives to maintain the technical standards of the platform. However, the platform's liability will be limited in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or third-party network issues.
• Issues arising from faults in the member's own device or software.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, government directives, or cyberattacks.
• Any loss resulting from a member's negligence in providing account information.

The platform will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond a reasonable amount.

Terms Changes and Updates

tk10bet reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time. The date of any change will be noted at the top of this page.

For significant changes, the platform will endeavour to notify members in advance through their registered contact method or by displaying a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after the updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
